Version 2.0 builds on that foundation with more music, special effects, haptic feedback, new scene additions, and a richer overall sensory experience.

This version includes more music, an improved music selection, a wide variety of special effects, new additions to scenes, and Serewave haptic feedback. Some of the special effects are interactive, meaning the experience can feel different depending on how you engage with each scene.

Depending on the combination of scene, music, haptic feedback, special effects, and scene additions, BeZen can feel like a peaceful retreat, a dreamlike visual journey, a meditative space, or a calming sensory experience.

The Breathwork tool includes the 4-2-8-2 breathing technique, designed to support slower, calmer breathing and deeper relaxation.

BeZen also includes 432Hz and 528Hz-inspired music tracks for users who enjoy frequency-based relaxation music.
